An Isuzu box truck parked on the right shoulder of the northbound lanes was rear-ended by a Tesla passenger vehicle, also heading north, which had lost control around 1:15 p.m., New Jersey State Police Trooper Troy McNair said.
It happened at milepost 109.7 in Kearny Township.
Minor injuries were reported and both drivers were taken to an area hospital. The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available.
